Company Overview

Embrace® has been providing Special Education programs to school districts in a software service model since 1999. We currently work with over 900 school districts in 6 states. We are located in Highland, IL which is approximately 30 miles east of St. Louis.

Embrace® pays 100% of health, vision, and dental insurance along with short-term and long-term disability for employees. Additionally, we provide 4% 401k employer-contribution and generous PTO time with yearly rollover of unused days. We have a casual and positive work environment.

All applicants must be available to work daily in our Highland, IL office. Embrace® does not offer remote positions.

Software Developer

Junior through Senior level developers are an integral part of our development team, working to design and implement new services, architecture, features and functionality in our special education software.

Quality Assurance

Software quality assurance specialists work with our programmers to analyze and eliminate errors from our software programs. This role will be responsible for manual system testing and provide maintenance support to ensure continuous reliability and availability.

Implementation Specialist

Implementation specialists ensure that our services and programs are delivered to clients on time and configured to meet the clients' needs. This role will be responsible for completing program set-up for new districts and traveling to client locations for onsite trainings. 

Customer Success Specialist

Customer support specialists provide support, solutions, and relevant information to our client districts via email or by phone. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, so we are looking for sociable individuals with a knack for providing professional and clear answers.

Medicaid Success Specialist

Our Medicaid Specialists help school districts claim reimbursement for some of the services they provide to students. This role will be responsible for analyzing current and past reimbursement to identify trends, submitting claims, reviewing rejected claims, working to resolve claim issues, and generating reports.
