FERPA and HIPAA Compliance

Embrace® maintains a combination of technical, administrative, and physical security controls to meet these requirements.
SOC 2 Compliance
Embrace® is proud to have completed a SOC 2 audit by a third party audit firm. SOC 2 compliance is part of the American Institute of CPAs’ Service Organization Control reporting platform. Its intent is to ensure the safety and privacy of your data by thoroughly evaluating the data security processes and safeguards that Embrace® employs. This is an important credential when evaluating providers that will be storing data for your district.
